The main ingredients for the thai beef recipe crushed coriander seed, lime juice, and soy sauce which are using to marinade with special flavor for flank steak blending. This dish served with chines cabbage salad and red pepper slices.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons coriander seeds, coarsely cracked
- ½ cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
- ¼ cup of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 ½ pounds flank steak
Instructions of Best Thai beef recipe
At first, the flank steak should keep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
For marinating the beef, Mixed whisk coriander, brown sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ground ginger together in a bowl.
Taking the steak from the refrigerator and slice it thinly across the grain. Place steak in a large bowl, pour marinade over steak and toss to coat. Cover the bowl and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the warmth source and preheat the oven’s broiler. Line bottom of a broiler pan with foil.
Keep the steak slices accordingly a single slice on the prepared broiler pan.
Cook it in the preheated broiler and brush gradually with marinade, until steak reaches desired color and looks. Cook it 1 to 2 minutes for medium-rare.
