Gravy Salisbury Steak Recipe with Mushroom and Onion

Ingredients:
- lean ground beef (1-pound)
- dry bread crumbs (⅓ cup)
- chopped onions (¼ cup)
- One beaten Egg
- salt (1 teaspoon)
- teaspoon ground black pepper (¼ teaspoon)
- beef broth (2 cups)
- One large onion, thinly sliced
- sliced mushrooms (1 cup)
- cornstarch (3 tablespoons)
- Water (3 tablespoons)
Steps to prepare gravy Salisbury steak recipe:
Step 1: Mixed ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smoothly mixed. Shape meat blend into 4 patties, around 3/4 inch thick.
Step 2: Fry patties in a huge skillet over medium warmth until seared on the two sides, around 10 minutes. Include meat stock, onion, and mushrooms; heat to the point of boiling. Decrease warmth to low, spread, and stew until patties are not, at this point pink in the inside, around 10 minutes more. Move patties to a platter and keep warm.
Step 3: Heat onion blend to the point of boiling. Blend cornstarch and water in a little bowl; mix into onion blend. Cook and mix until onion sauce are thickened, around 1 moment. Pour over patties to serve.
